What You Need to Know About the Admissions Process

At our drug and alcohol rehab facility we specialize in treating various addictions by offering a comprehensive approach to care. Our team of trusted professionals understand the courage it takes to reach out for help and confront your addiction head-on. Before entering our treatment center each person must first speak with one of our Admissions Coordinators to determine if they are appropriate for our level of care. In order to make this determination, we will perform a phone assessment gathering pertinent background information. Each prospective patient must be 18 years or older, have a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder (SUD) and be able to participate in detox and clinical programming.

If you or your loved one meets these qualifications, our Admissions Coordinators can then begin a more thorough assessment over the phone, to ensure our services can best address your needs.

Based on the information our team collects, if the prospective patient qualifies for our level of care, our Admissions Department will then schedule a day and time for admission to Brookdale.

It is our goal to help anyone that reaches out for help. If, for any reason, a prospective patient does not qualify for our services, we will do everything in our power to help that person receive the treatment they need. Our Admissions Team has worked tirelessly to build partnering relationships with other treatment providers, ensuring every person who wants help, receives it!
